WHAT IS WINTER CONFERENCE?
KCM Winter Conference is an annual gathering of KCM students and staff. Because KCM is spread across eight different campuses, we want to bring everyone together for a few days to worship and share life together.
WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?
We will learn more about the glory of God and the vision of KCM through great times of praise and worship. We will also grow in knowledge through a variety of seminars, learn more about KCM Short Term Summer Missions (STSM), and spend time with students from other campuses through small groups and fellowship times.
WHEN AND WHERE IS IT?
The dates are set for January 2nd to January 5th, so please mark your calendars! It will be held at Pine Valley Bible Conference Center, which is east of San Diego. We have a longstanding partnership with this site and we are thankful to have such gracious hosts for the week.
WHO’S GOING?
Students from all eight of our campuses will be in attendance this year (UCLA, UCSD, UCI, UCR, UCSB, USC, Biola, and Pepperdine). Praise will be led by Daniel Potter Kim from South Bay Mission Church. We will also be joined by session speakers, seminar speakers, campus liaisons, and KCM staffers as they dedicate this time to sharing life and wisdom with students.
WHAT IS “GLORY TO GLORY”?
“Glory to Glory” is the theme for this year’s conference. We will be taking a deeper look at the glory of God in every aspect of our lives. The phrase glory to glory comes from 2 Corinthians 3:18, where Paul sums up the entire Christian life with these few words. God has redeemed us for His glory, God is sanctifying us for His glory, and God will reach the ends of the earth for His glory.
SHOULD I GO?
Yes! Please join us, invite your friends, and be in prayer for our staff as we prepare for this conference. We are overjoyed to take part in God revealing His glory to His people. When God’s people experience His glory and learn more about Him, the natural response is worship. We are excited to glorify Him and worship together at KCM Winter Conference!
